It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Howard Kelner of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kelner and Ruth Kelner; and his sister Beverly Greenspan. He is survived by: his wife Lenore Blank Kelner; his son Dennis Kelner; his sister-in-law Myrna Marofsky; his nieces, Becky Slemons, Sarah Kesher (Aaron) and Eve Raymond (Lawrence); and his nephew Steven Greenspan.
