It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Elizabeth Purbaugh (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Murphy (Gruber) and John B. Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Marvin W. Purbaugh; her children, Michael Purbaugh (Linda) of Lothian, MD and Cheryl Wendt (Harold) of Fredericksburg, VA; her sister Dorothy Collins; and her grandchildren, Josh (Melissa), Mihail (Irina), Pasa (JT), Emma (Josh), Christian (Kim) and Pavel (Marcellina). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
