She was predeceased by: her husband Roy W. Lawrence; her child Orson Lawrence; and her grandchild Patrice. She is survived by: her children, Stella, Lydia, Marjorie, Donna, John (Yvonne), Roy Jr. (Marjorie) and Annette (Chike); her grandchildren, Rhonda (Jonallen), Claudia (Charles), Yanique, Stephen (Nicole), Simone (Sean), Janice (Hinton), Ashley (Stevey), Amlyv, Juele (Simone), Elyse, Zoya, Tina, Imani, Akayla, Shalini, Alexis, Khalia and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Tsahai, Charles Jr., Chad, Bryan, Aiden, Eva, Chase, Ajani, Jason, Naomi, Caleb, Priya, Harper, Hagan, Liam, Enzo, Emmanuel, Hera and Jolie; and her siblings, Hazel Grey and Norris Turner (Claudia). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
