He is survived by: his wife Catherine Coyle Hughes; his children, Mark Dennis Hughes, Kathleen Frances Hughes-Matsangakis (Pierre Matsangakis) and Paul James Hughes (Bethany Wheeler Hughes); his sister Pauline Lennox; his cousin Paul Jarman; his grandchildren, Sophia Catherine Matsangakis (Gabriel Joseph Dietrich), Michael Ryan Matsangakis, Ian Holben Hughes, Grant Raymond Hughes, Dean Matthew Hughes and Heather Caroline Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Enzo Michel Matsangakis and Donovan Reid Dietrich. He is also survived by wife and children/great/grandchildren but also for his sisters, and parents.
