We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2023, at the age of 78, Nellie F. McRae (Silver Spring, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Hector McRae Jr.; her parents, Alex and Willie of Washington; her brothers, Alex Frank of Washington and Artis of Washington; her children, Kevin McRae (Angela) and Karen Whitehead (Andrew); her grandchildren, Dean McRae, James McRae, Kailey McRae and Kyle Whitehead; and her sisters, Eloise Jackson and Beatrice Gaines (Melvin). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
