He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley D. Finch; and his brother Daniel R. Finch. He is survived by: his children, Daniel T. Finch (Becky Behling), William R. Finch (Carol Bullock), Jeanne E. Ebaugh, James N. Finch (Joellen Farrell), Timothy J. Finch (Savannah), Joan F. Carragher (Mike) and Richard J. Finch; his siblings, Thomas Lee Finch (Sharon Ann), Lucille Viola Gaier, Edna White, Violet Wilson, Elizabeth Finch, Richard Finch, Jack E. Finch and Patricia Ann Johnston; his niece Carol Carins; and his nephew David Finch. He is also survived by grandchildren, 10 healthy great-grandchildren, a host of relatives.
