She is survived by: her former husband William James Schreffler; her daughter Debra Lee; her husband Joseph E. Koletar, Jr.; her children, Joseph Chester, Debbie Quattrone (Ed) of New Port Richey, FL, Diane Knause of Hershey, PA, Janet Ocheltree (Gary Goad) of Dayton, MD and Joe Koletar (Dana) of Minneapolis, MN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Romano, Michael Quattrone, Stephen Foster, Brandon Ocheltree, Courtney Koletar, Josh Koletar and Jeremy Koletar; and her great grandchildren, Parker Romano and Annjulina Foster.
