He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy B. Booth and Marion B. Booth. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his siblings, Gaye (Rudy), Bette (Ron) and Bill (Nancy); and his close friend Dana Willcox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends and co-workers.

Before COVID-19, Murph had his own band.
