Forster Sr. (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Martha T. Forster; and his granddaughter Jocelyn C. He is also survived by husband and father to his wife, children, and grandchildren.
