He is survived by: his wife Lynne Maria Lewis; his children, Charles (Lizeth Lewis), James (Suzy Lewis), Cherilyn Lewis (Ryan Kramer), Michelle (Aaron Phillips) and Nic Lewis; his grandchildren, Skye, Starr, Shyne, Josiah and Selena Lewis; his siblings, Bill, Suzette Lewis, Tammy and John Kistler; and his nephew Jackson Kistler.
