It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of MaryEllen Redfern of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Redfern, Sr.; her son Robert M. Redfern; and her brothers, William, Paul, Tommy, Pat, John and Edward Ponton.
She is survived by: her children, William C. Redfern, Jr. (Susan), Diane Elmore (Jerry) and Paul E. Redfern (Roberta); and her brothers, Robert, Michael and Joe Ponton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
