She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Maus, (Bates) and Andrew Maus, Sr.; her husband Arthur E. Cook; her son James Joseph; and her siblings, Andy Maus, Fay Sullivan, Andriette Palm, Celia Nieman and Rosalia Murray.
She is survived by: her adoptive children, William Arthur, Jane Marie and James Joseph; her children, Bill Cook (late Gail) and Jane Spence (Chuck); her grandchildren, Corinne and Charlie Spence; and her siblings, Tom Maus (Mary) and Aurinee Schlanser (Joe).
