With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Summer in Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on June 18, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Andrew. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Summer (Bonnie) and David Summer (Beverly); her foster children, George Smith and Connie Deutsch; her sister-in-law Jane Cooper; her grandchildren, Scott (Jessica), Colby (April) and Kyle (Brianna); and her great grandchildren, Anna, Evelyn, Cash, Oakley, Colton, Ryder and Reese.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the St. Stephens Lutheran Church, 11612 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, Maryland 20904.
