She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stewart and Bertha Stewart; and her siblings, Sterling Stewart, James Stewart, Dunbar Stewart, William Stewart (Jimmy), Earline Gates, Annie Dickerson, Rosare Giles, Beatrice Liggins, Dorothy Ray, Shirley Clark and Mary Bass.
She is survived by: her sister Frances B. Williams; and her children, Sultan Stewart, Aisha Stewart and Khalif Stewart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
