She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Collins and Helen Collins; her sisters, Helen Collins and Catherine McKernan; and her husband Jim.
She is survived by: her daughter Lee Anne Fisher (Randal); her granddaughter Courtney Fisher; her sister Loretta Seamands; her niece Catherine Watson; and her nephews, Thomas, Gregory and Christopher Seamands. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; and several great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor or Alzheimer's Association.
