She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marcus Barbosa and Joaquinha D'Cunha; her daughters, Janeth Virgin Fernandes, Benetie Fernandes (Felix) and Bessie Rocha; her daughter-in-law Veronica; her grandchildren, Violet (Charles), Mabel (Terrence), Edwin (Maria), Patrick, Matthew, Nelroy and Ashely; her husband Xavier; her son Nicholas; and her son-in-law Martin. She was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren.
