It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Cristina (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Josefa; her siblings, Carmen (Carmela), Daniel Santo and Antonio; her niece Sara Guzman of Leon; her nephew Pedro Jose Guzman of Leon; and her close friends, Miriam and Maria Abreu.
She is survived by: her daughter Josefina Joseph DeLeon; and her grandchildren, Delia Phlatts of Silver Spring, Maryland. and Dynami Wildgoose of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.. She is also survived by one granddaughter but she viewed all her children she cared for as her grandchildren.
