She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Willis "Will" Royce; and her parents, Walter Moore and Ann Moore. She is survived by: her children, Mark Royce (Maria) and Linda Noll (Douglas); her grandchildren, Steven Noll (Sarah), Abby Allen (Graham), Elliot Royce and Kevin Royce; her brother Ralph Moore; and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia (Bill) and Evelyn. She is also survived by four beautiful great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Peggy's name to the Special Blessings Disability Ministry of 4th Presbyterian Church, 5500 River Rd, Bethesda, MD 20816.
