We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2021, at the age of 92, Lucy Jane Neal of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Hoyle Tate and Mallie Eugenia [Hamrick] Tate; her husband Harry William Neal; and her siblings, Frances Murray and Hoyle Tate.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Blandford (David); her granddaughter Ashley Nielsen; and her sister Carolyn Upton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
