She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis John Gertsch and Jean Elizabeth Moore; and her son Allan Lawrence Hill. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Henry Hill; her daughter Julia Louise Hill; and her siblings, John Willis Gertsch and Mary Alice Smallhouse. She is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
