We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Louis E. Williams Jr. (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Richard and Robert; his sister Judith Polk; and his niece JoAnna. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-granddaughters.
