She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph (Gertrude Votapek) and Lois; her husband George Harshaw Sr.; and her son George Harshaw Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Harshaw, Emily Harshaw and Anne Harshaw; her son-in-law Abeyot Demissie; her grandchildren, Jacinda Tsegaye-Harshaw, Zora Smith and Kyle Newman-Smith; her brother Ralph; and her sister-in-law Tina Votapek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
