He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Saul and Elaine; and his brother Steven Caplan.
A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery (9304 Adelphi Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783). A reception will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hyattsville (9500 Riggs Rd, Adelphi, MD 20783).
