It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Joan Sandy of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Archbald, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 1, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dougher and Margaret Dougher; and her sister Ann Case of Jermyn, PA.. She is survived by: her husband John J. Sandy; her children, Christine A. Sandy of Milford, Connecticut and Patrick G. Sandy of Bethesda, MD; and her siblings, John Dougher of Selane, PA and Margaret Pidgeon of Jermyn, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
