In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Julian leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Julian may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He is survived by: his wife Evie; his daughters, Kimberly Kocher (Kenneth) and Andrea Ey; and his stepdaughters, Sandra Bowden (Towles) and Gina Woodward (Tony). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Oakdale Church (3425 Emory Church Rd, Olney, MD 20832). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
As a twenty year survivor of stage three cancer and in lieu of flowers Skip requested prior to his death donations to St. Jude Cancer Research for children (https://www.stjude.org).
