Julia Schecker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Schecker (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Irwin Schecker; her sons, Larry Schecker and David Schecker (Vicki Bonnington); her grandchildren, Justin Schecker and Sarah Schecker; her brother Joel Zeitlin (Fern); and her parents, Hyman Zeitlin and Rose Zeitlin (Dauer). She was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews, and 10 grand- and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Aish HaTorah Center of Greater Washington, the Berkshire Humane Society, Brookside Gardens, or the charity of your choice.
