It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Morgan of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Morgan and Leonie Morgan; and her brothers, Fitz, Edwin, Edward, Burchmore and Neville Morgan.
