It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine L. Browning (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on September 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Lewis E. "Cottney" Browning. She is survived by: her children, Michael Browning (Jill), Bill Browning (Martha), Susan Browning and Bobby Browning (Ginger); and her sibling John DeMino. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
