It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Bernard Proctor (Silver Spring, Maryland), who passed away on January 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyn Proctor; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Comrie. He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Brentley and Ramona Proctor; his stepchildren, Andrew, Roger Agnew and Rena Ward; his grandchildren, Krista, Austin, Nicholas Brentley, Andrew, Angela Agnew, Deseree Comrie and Melissa Brown; and his great grandchildren, Louise, Antonio Brentley, Melina, Justin, Brandon Brown and Victoria Agnew. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Howard University.
