He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Kaiser; his granddaughter Sarah Evans; and his siblings, Margaret Thurlow, Victor Kaiser, Charles Kaiser and John Kaiser.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Kaiser; his children, Joseph Kaiser (Betsy), Thomas Kaiser (Shireen) and Kathleen Evans; his grandchildren, Ashley Kaiser, Natalie Kaiser, Emily and Christine; and his siblings, Frank Kaiser and Ann Jaworski.
Private Mass of Christian Burial (for immediate family only in effort to prevent any potential COVID exposure) at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, February 19, 2021.
