He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Diane Klein. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Smith; his children, Daniel Klein, John Wayne Klein, Jr., Richard Klein, Teresa Johnston and Krista Hoffman; and his pet Ava Klein. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
