With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Nicholas Prokopchak (Silver Spring, Maryland), born in Lyndora, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Prokopchak; his parents, Nicholas Prokopchak and Mary Prokopchak (Hamalak); and his siblings, Michael, Nick, Anne Boulon, Julie Piszko and Mary Fabian.
He is survived by: his sons, David J. Prokopchak (Gayle) of Dickerson, MD and Gregory M. Prokopchak of Brookhaven, GA; his granddaughter Nicole Marie Prokopchak of Dickerson, MD.; and his brother Steve of New Castle, PA..
