He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lewis of Silver Spring; his daughters, Casey Dawes (Gwen Aguilar) of Silver Spring and Lauren Dawes (Dave Pomarico) of Arlington, VA.; his siblings, Jim Lewis (Amy) of Mandeville, LA and Cathy Baublitz (Millard) of Milton, MA.; and his sisters-in-law, Sallie Lucas of Cheverly, MD and Shelley Edwards (Jeff) of Clayton, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
