He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sarsfield and Eleanor Sarsfield. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Margaret Regan (Richard), Martin Sarsfield (Dawn) and Annmarie Edwards (Brian). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and three great-nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children, 8615 East Village Ave., Montgomery Village, MD 20886.
