We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 93, Joanne Regan Bland of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Bland; and her sister Edna Regan Devlin. She is survived by: her sister Jean Regan Parsley; and her son Michael Bland. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a large extended family.
