She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Studley and Adah Wightman; her husband Wesley Pickard; her children, Kendal Coles Stackhouse (Martha) of Reading, Kathryn Adah Stackhouse (Philip Palley) of Silver Spring, Mary Jeanette Stackhouse (late Chang Sik Kim) of Brighton and John Andrew Stackhouse (Wendy) of Leonardtown; her grandchildren, Asa Palley (Charlotte Agger), Thomas Palley (Megan Huibregtse), Matthew Stackhouse, Jillian Lockhart (Ryan), Julia Stackhouse, Jennifer Stackhouse and JoAnn Stackhouse; her great grandchildren, Sophia Lockhart, Evelyn Palley and Arnold Palley; her brother-in-law Paul Pickard (Anne Bennett) of Martha's Vineyard; and her nephew Duncan Pickard (Charlotte Bocage) of London. She was also cherished by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jeanette began working on a large family archive of historic records to prepare them for donation to several historical groups.
