Frame of Silver Spring, Maryland, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away at the age of 88, on January 20, 2022. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elnora Russell (Scott) and Robert Paul "Pete" Russell of Wilmington, DE.; her husband Clyde D. Frame; her stepdaughter Cheryl Klein of Louisiana; her sons, Russell H. Rushton of Gaithersburg, MD, Brett M. Rushton (Rosalia) of Silver Spring, MD and Thomas E. Rushton of Silver Spring; and her stepchildren, Dr. William Frame (Lorie) of Illinois and Teri Frame of Silver Spring. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Jean's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
