The memory of Javier Alexander Herrera (Damascus, Maryland), who passed away on April 19, 2025 at the age of 33, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his father Jose; and his sister-in-law Hailee. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Aiden, Blake, Colt and Hadley; his mother Yovana; his parents-in-law, Kim and Franklin; his brothers, Edwin (Jean), Julio (Stephanie), Ruben (Rebecca) and Tito (Katherine); his grandmothers, Margarita and Bettie; and his aunts and uncles, Evelyn (Kevin), Elias, Todd (Teresa), Terry (Denny) and Johnny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and an incredible circle of friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Difference Makers Church (11210 Bethesda Church Rd, Damascus, MD 20872). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (11401 Brink Rd, Germantown, MD 20876). A reception will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Difference Makers Church (11210 Bethesda Church Rd, Damascus, MD 20872).
