She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary C. and William E. Grillbortzer, Jr.; and her brothers, James E. Grillbortzer and John P. Grillbortzer, Sr.. She was also cherished by two nieces and multiple great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
