He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mirosława Kalka; his children, Jarosław Kalka and Katarzyna Lechliter; his son-in-law Eric Lechliter; and his grandchildren, Julia Lechliter, Mireille Lechliter, Jasper Kalka, Justin Kalka and Izabella Kalka.
