With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Patrick Washington of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on March 16, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ellis Anne (White) and James Daniel of Washington; his siblings, Daniel, Kathleen and Peggy; his wife Yan; and his children, Amrita and Sylas (Sophia).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or to the Catalina Island Conservancy.
