He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Mae Ransopher (Osborne) and Henry Sherman Ransopher; and his pet Pepper. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann (Cheri); his children, Sara L Knight (Sally), Candace L Coffman (Spencer), James H Ransopher Jr. (Joanna), Donna L Collier, Kristina Trujillo, Kelly J McDevitt (Gregory) and Carey A Lee-Own (Jeff); his siblings, John Ransopher (Cindy Ransopher) and Nancy McMillan (Butch McMullan); his grandchildren, Eric E McDevitt, Kayla J Fowler, Lydia L McDevitt, Michael A Lee-Own, Elsa J Beaver (Brandon), Benjamin J Hansen and Ian N Lee-Own; his great grandchildren, Venerando P Wason (Van) and Grace M Coffman; his pet Blue; his daughter Candy; his son-in-law Spencer; his daughter Sally; and his grandson Colt. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, friends.
