Etheridge of Myersville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Etheridge of Baltimore, Emily Etheridge of Myersville and Duncan Parke of Baltimore; his nephew Robert Longmore of Birmingham, England; his niece Patricia Ottaviano of Wethersfield, Connecticut; and also, Teresa Anderson, Marlene Morris of Myersville and David Nichter of Las Vegas.
