She was predeceased by: her parents, Therese Gilbert and Fernand Gilbert; her son Phillip; and her siblings, Christian, Monique and Christiane.
She is survived by: her children, John (Sara), Michael (Alice), Jimmy (Mary), Jackie (Callie) and Kathy (Anthony); her husband John Roman; her daughter-in-law Cathy; her grandchildren, Michael (Lauren), Amy (Darren), Timothy (Melisa), Steven (Helen), Cindy, Jennifer (Abe), Tiffany (Jason), Chris (Kim), Philip (Kelly), Alex, Anne, Tony and Ryan; and her brother Francis. She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; her youngest.
