He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Reinhardt. He is survived by: his children, Robert Goldberg and Nancy Goldberg (Bryan Benesch); his grandsons, Max Goldberg (Jessica Flynn Goldberg) and Evan Benesch; and his daughters, Theresa Nguyen, Cathy Theofilus (George Theofilus) and Lisa Nguyen.
