He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam H. Kramer; his brothers, Charles Kramer and Edward Kramer; and his parents, Lena Kramer and Hyman Kramer.

He is survived by: his children, Donna Stackman (Alan) and David Kramer; his grandchildren, Adam Stackman (Jamie), Amanda Stein (Greg), Zachary Kramer and Zoe Kramer; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Stackman and Matthew Stackman.
