He was predeceased by: his spouse Rhina Ligia Carmona; his son Carlos Carmona; and his sibling Edelmira Lopez. He is survived by: his children, Roberto (Lisa Brailey) and Maria (Ari Fitzgerald); his grandchildren, Pilar, Isel and Lourdes Fitzgerald; and his siblings, Rogelio, Alicia Carmona, Celia, Rigoberto, Santiago and Heraclides Carmona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
