Glenda J. Thompson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda J. Thompson of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glenda J. Thompson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Johnson and Olive Johnson; and her siblings, Clare, Vernon, Barbara and Judy.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tara of Kyle, TC, Casey and Les; her children, Larry "Nick" Thompson, Jr. (Karen), Leslie Thompson (Sherry), Cherie Conrad (Terry) and Pamela Thompson; her granddaughter Chelsey; her great grandchild Emily; and her sister Sharon.

She survived hard times on the farm, a heart attack in her early 60's, the deaths of her parents, husband, and 4 of her 5 siblings, made it unscathed through the Covid years, and endured the major struggles of Parkinson's Disease for nearly 15 years.
