It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George L. Bezantakos of Silver Spring, Maryland, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Bezantakos and Bessie Bezantakos; his sister Joy Elizabeth Binford (John); his niece Victoria Elizabeth Binford; and his uncle John Courtis (Kiki). He was also cherished by loving cousins and their children – his nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly suggests that memorial contributions be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church of Washington, DC.
