George Karras Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021, at the age of 85, George Karras (Silver Spring, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Christine Fetanis, Dean Carr and Nick Caravasos. He is survived by: his children, Tasso Karras (Gina) and Angie Elder (Tim); his grandchildren, Tasso, Alex, Anthony Karras, Ryan and Kevin Elder; his former wife Diane Karras; and his nieces and nephews, Van Fetanis, Gina Matos, NiaLena Caravasos and Paula Dwyer. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church.
